New promo of Tango Extremo

In the past year Tango Extremo performed their latest show Havana. For this show Tango Extremo recently made some videos. In September they will release the album Havana and the group will again start their tour in the Dutch theatres.

Tango Extremo starts the new Matthäus-Passion
In March and April Tango Extremo will be going on tour with a completely revised version of the Matthäus-Passion. This show will be performed in 28 theatres!
The show is a contemporary version of the greatest classical masterpiece of Western Europe : The Matthäus-Passion.
Tango Extremo will be accompanied by narrator Jan Rot, mezzo soprano Pearl Jozefzoon and the baritone Job Hubtaka. For an overview of the concerts you can take a look at the agenda on this site or on the Facebook page of The Mattheus Passie.

Jazzportrait of Ben van den Dungen
Jazz Portraits is a serie of interviews with Dutch jazz musicians, made in collaboration with the Dutch Jazz Archive. The directior of this serie is Jan Kelder who previously made a documentary of Ben and Jarmo for the VPRO program ” Uur van de wolf ” .

The second promo of the new album of Ben van den Dungen is out.
In May 2014 Ben van den Dungen recorded a live album at the famous club in Madrid ‘Cafe Central’.
The group played seven days at the club and recorded the whole week. The result is the new album ‘A night at the club’.
